Saga of a woman old enough to know better who lets her life be governed by the ridiculous hobby of breeding and showing dogs, musing on life, the twenty first century, Cameron and his mini-me, and the occasional sheep.

Somewhere out there, a plaintive beep...
What a lovely view! And with the mist it looks just... well wonderful! We are going to be over 100 degrees F here again today (and I can think of something else that F should stand for besides Fahrenheit) and being someplace cool and misty sounds like heaven!
That is my view across the valley at dawn - the mist is lying over the river Clyde.

To my knowledge the temperature has NEVER reached 100 in Scotland, for which I am grateful. Today it is 69 degrees - very pleasant. A really REALLY hot day might reach 80 - we had that once this year. 70 is considered warm.
